Live Report : Pain + Corroded + Sawthis – Koksijde (Belgium)
After an amazing experience in Paris at Le Petit Bain, we decided to plan our first trip ever to Belgium to see the Coming Home Again Tour once more. We didn’t even know that this one would be the last show of the tour, but it makes this experience more intense. This meeting with Pain, Corroded and Sawthis takes place in the coastal city of Koksijde, 3 hours long from Paris. So we leaved our bed early and driving straight to a hotel then to the venue.

Peter Tägtgren once again ? Sure. But it’s the other side of the genius that we will look at. Created in 1996 as a « hobby » without Death Metal elements, Pain is Peter‘s second project. No torturated Death Metal rythm parts, Pain lives for Industrial Metal. Only composer, vocalist and lyricist, Peter Tägtgren gathers some session musicians for the shows. Since 2007, some session musicians also record their own instruments in studio.

Review 035 : PAIN – Dancing With The Dead
Encore Peter Tägtgren ? En effet. Mais l’autre côté du génie cette fois ci. Créé en 1996 comme un « défouloir non Death Metal », Pain est le second projet du génie. Délaissant les rythmiques torturées du Death Metal, c’est pour placer des riffs de Metal Industriels que Pain a pris vie. Seul et unique maître à bord, Peter Tägtgren s’entoure de divers musiciens pour les lives. Depuis 2007, certains participent également à l’enregistrement en studio.
