In 2004, the twins Tom and Dan Searle created Architects (formerly named Counting The Days) to pour english Metalcore’s anger all over the world. After a few line-up changes (including the death of Tom Searle, in the end August 2016) and seven albums, the band is now composed of Dan Searle (drums), Sam Carter (vocals), Alex Dean (bass) and Adam Christenson (guitar), they will be joined by Josh Middleton (guitarist and singer of Sylosis) for the next tour.

C’est en 2004 que les jumeaux Tom et Dan Searle forment Architects (à la base nommé Counting the Days) pour déverser la rage du Metalcore anglais sur le monde. Après quelques changements de line-up (dont le décès de Tom Searle fin août 2016) et sept albums, le groupe est maintenant composé de Dan Searle (batterie), Sam Carter (chant), Alex Dean (basse) et Adam Christianson (guitare), ils seront accompagnés de Josh Middleton (guitariste et chanteur de Sylosis) pour la prochaine tournée.

Review 040 : Girugämesh – 13’s Reborn – English

Girugamesh

If there’s a single country which doesn’t respect any rule about music, it is obviously Japan. Seen as one of the cutting edges of the Japanese music in Europe, Girugämesh was formed in 2003 but only released its first album, 13’s Reborn, in 2006. Then formed with Satoshi (voice), ShuU (bass), Nii (guitar) and his brother Ryo (drum), the line-up won’t change anymore. After thirteen years of work, they disbanded.
